What is the minimum credit score required to be approved for a Southwest Rapid Rewards Visa?

   I don’t know that there is a hard minimum score. Score is only one factor. What is in the report in detail is another. Information on the application is also used. Apply and find out. It doesn’t cost anything. If you get turned down, they have to give you a reason. If you get the card, then who cares?

   The rule of thumb is most of those cards require a score above 700, they require excellent credit, they also look at other factors as well, amount of outstanding revolving credit, history of collection activities, etc..
