printible credit card applications online?

I need a credit card application for school. We are learing about finances, and we each have to bring in an aplication. Where can i go online to print out an application, one that you would mail into the companies? It would help if it was for one of the major credit card companies (such as American Express).
I’m not actually going to apply for one. I just need an application. One on paper i can bring in. And i have no way of getting to a bank to pick one up.
I’m only in 9th grade.

does that bank that you are currently with offer online banking services? if so, it is likely that you can apply online. thats what i did.

You could go to any bank and pick one up.
Add: You do not have a bank on or near campus? Where I went to school there were 3 or4 on main street well within walking distance from campus. Or, ask a friend to take you. And I understood that you just needed the application, they do not care who takes one…
I give up… I can only think for other people so much before I cede. Good luck…

You could also pick up an application at many retailers. I know Home Deport has them around.
