Yes, some sites offer payment by mail.
Or most sites offer pay pal, which can work as long as you have a bank account setup and they will just deduct money from your account directly.

you can do a direct bank transfer, but these are scarcely supported. You can sometimes pay by SMS text messages and whatnot.
