today I looked up my checking account balence only to see that somehow I had a debit for $200. I work at the bank so at work I asked a banker and he said that somehow I filled out a credit card application online and it was the secure payment. This was not authorized by me, does anyone know how to go about filing a dispute?? thankkks

ask your bank to stop payment. tell them that someone else must have tried to use your info. you should get your money back but you will also have to change your account info and get a new debit card, and get new checks. if you wait to long like over 2 or 3 days you might not get your money back.
