I found a company that offers a credit card to use with their online stores but can’t remember website?

You start off paying 51% of total price and the rest is made in payments, they report to the major credit beareau when payments are made on time, or even if they’re not. I applied for a secured credit card.what does under review really mean?

I have a credit card through chase bank. I will be going out of town in the next couple weeks and I would like to pay for things while there with my credit card instead of carrying cash around with me. [I have the money so I wont be getting myself into debt and I'll pay it off immediately]
I hate calling the customer service because I can never hear/understand them and I don’t like the additional fee you recieve for just talking to them. Is there a way I can request an increase online?
I have a limit of 2,000 right now.
