I had a Citi card and I loved it. It had to be closed for personal reasons. Anyway, the intro APR is great. And although it’s rate is variable after the intro period, it doesn’t have an annual fee.
If you happen to use credit to spend, then Capital One would be great, because you’d get those rewards. But it’s only helpful when you pay off in full every month, otherwise you’ll be spending money just to get the rewards, which will cost you more overtime. Also, the rate is a higher variable one after the intro period and I’ve heard horror stories about Capital One.
You should apply for the Citi card.
