I’m 25 and never had a credit card. I get denied for the regular card, and my bank doesn’t do secured credit cards… I’m a full time student and got turned down for the student card as well. I’ve seen applications online for secured cards that always ask for employer and salary. But I’m a student and would like to use some of my loans to start up some good credit. I’d only use it to pay for utilities and normal things, then pay it off each month.

I said No. After having this checked out, my bank sent me papers stating if I filed charges then they would reimburse me take action on her. I ask this because that’s what I can deduce since packages have been arriving lately with products that yes, someone like me could actually use as I am a gamer and gaming products have arrived. I guess this is their way of making the whole thing look even more authentic to authorities?

I found this out when I caught some email confirmations from the recent orders inside my hotmail inbox. I usually don’t check my email and simply mass click and delete everything when I do since I do get alot of spam every day and I do tend to leave my computer on while I’m away for several hours so I’m guessing thats when they or whoever it is takes over my computer and does the online orders using other people’s credit cards to try to frame me.

What would/should I do?
mick F, you totally did not understand the question at all. Why do some people go on here and answer questions without even understanding what the question was? I even repeated myself twice in the paragraph that it was not my credit card used. WOW I even said FRAMED for credit card fraud.

I was once a typical and stupid college freshman who was taken in by the credit card companies that were advertising all over campus. It got to a point where I had seven different credit cards that were all maxed out. I was able to eventually take care of some of them, but others I had either lost track of or just could not afford to pay at the time. Two of these past credit card debts are now over seven years old and are no longer on my credit report, but they have just recently sent me a collection notice. I cannot afford to pay these now, I just finished major repairs on a car that we ended up trading in and my mom cosigned a loan for a new car that I desperately needed. PLEASE HELP!
